Project Halcyon
Project Halcyon uses a transparent, wiki-to-game pipeline to craft the lore of the Halcyon Virtual Grimoire, which drives development of Halcyon of the Misbegotten Realms.
Project Arcadia
Project Arcadia seeks to capture the recipe for a tiny, sustainable, humanist organization, test it out on Project Halcyon, pack it into the light-weight Gamified Organizational Design framework, and share it with everyone – for free. Then we’ll use that framework to build Arcadia, a platform that anyone can use to build, operate, and network their own gamified organizations.
