Information we collect

  • Account information: If you subscribe and create an account, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address and profile details you choose to add). If you collaborate with the studio as a guest artist, we may assign additional roles/permissions to your account.
  • Comments: If you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
  • Uploads: Users may upload profile icons. Approved collaborators (e.g., artists) may upload files; we store uploaded files and related metadata.
  • Cookies: We use cookies necessary for core site functions such as login, session management, and saving preferences.
  • Analytics: We use Independent Analytics to understand general site usage.

How we use information

We use information to operate the Site (accounts, comments, and collaboration features), display user content you choose to share, respond to requests, measure site usage, and protect the Site from spam and abuse.

Sharing

  • Hosting: The Site is hosted by GreenGeeks, which may process IP addresses and request data in server logs to deliver and secure the service.
  • Spam detection: Comments may be checked by Akismet for spam detection.
    We do not sell your personal information.

Donations via Ko-fi

If you donate via Ko-fi, your payment is processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers. We do not receive your full payment card details. Ko-fi’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

What we don’t do

We do not run ads or advertising/tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, or Google Tag Manager).

Retention

We retain account information while your account is active. Comments and their metadata may be retained indefinitely. Uploaded files are retained as needed for the purpose they were provided.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing robododo@robododo.org, subject to legal and security requirements.

Embedded content

Pages on the Site may include embedded content (for example, videos or images) from other sites. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other site and may collect data or use cookies under that site’s policies.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here and updating the “Last updated” date.
